Syarat untuk mengajukan atau menggunakan sertifikat TOEFL dalam pendaftaran CPNS 2025 bervariasi tergantung pada instansi yang dituju. Berikut adalah ketentuan umumnya:
1. Jenis TOEFL yang Diterima
Sebagian besar instansi menerima jenis tes berikut:
TOEFL ITP (Institutional Testing Program).
TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test).
TOEFL Prediction/EPT: Beberapa instansi (seperti Kemenperin dan BKN) memperbolehkan skor prediksi dari lembaga resmi tertentu.
Sertifikat Lain: IELTS atau TOEIC sering kali dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti dengan skor yang setara.
2. Ambang Batas Skor Minimal
Setiap instansi memiliki standar skor yang berbeda. Berikut adalah beberapa contoh estimasi skor minimal:
BKN: Minimal 450 (PBT/ITP/Prediction).
Kemenperin: Minimal 480.
Kemenlu: Sering kali meminta skor lebih tinggi, berkisar antara 500 hingga 550.
Kementerian PUPR: Minimal 450 untuk ITP atau 53 untuk iBT.
Kementerian PPPA: Minimal 400 (ITP) atau 45 (iBT).
3. Masa Berlaku Sertifikat
Sertifikat TOEFL umumnya memiliki masa berlaku maksimal 2 tahun sejak tanggal ujian dilaksanakan. Pastikan sertifikat Anda masih valid saat periode pendaftaran CPNS dibuka.

4. Lembaga Penyelenggara Resmi
Sertifikat harus dikeluarkan oleh lembaga yang diakui atau memiliki izin operasional resmi, seperti:
IIEF (Indonesian International Education Foundation) sebagai perwakilan ETS di Indonesia.
Balai Bahasa atau Pusat Bahasa di Universitas Negeri (seperti LBI UI, Pusat Bahasa ITB, atau UNAIR).
Lembaga bimbingan bahasa yang memiliki NPSN atau izin dari Dinas Pendidikan has been issued –  NIB – based on KBLI 85493

Cara Mengajukan
Cek Pengumuman Instansi: Baca detail pada dokumen “Pengumuman Seleksi CPNS” di instansi pilihan Anda untuk melihat jenis tes dan skor spesifik yang diminta.
Siapkan Dokumen: Pindai (scan) sertifikat asli dalam format PDF sesuai ukuran yang ditentukan sistem SSCASN.
Unggah: Masukkan skor dan unggah dokumen pada kolom persyaratan “Sertifikat Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris” saat mendaftar online.
